Terms and Condition

1. Booking and Payment

• Booking Confirmation: All catering services are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of the event.
• Payment: Payments can be made via Paypal and are outlined in the invoice. Any additional services or changes may incur extra charges.

2. Menu and Service

• Menu Selection: Final menu selections and dietary requirements must be communicated to My Saveur Catering at least a week before the event date.
• Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations to the menu or services must be communicated within a specified timeframe. Additional fees may apply for last-minute changes or cancellations.

3. Service and Staffing

• Staffing: The number of staff members provided will be based on the event size and service requirements.
• Service Hours: Service hours and staff duration are outlined based on the agreed-upon timeframe. Any extension or additional service hours may incur additional charges.

4. Liability and Damages

• Liability: My Saveur Catering is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from the consumption of food or beverages.
• Damages: Clients are responsible for any damages caused to equipment or property during the event.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Event Details: Clients must provide accurate event details, including venue specifications, access times, and any restrictions or guidelines.
• Vendor Coordination: If other vendors are involved, coordination and communication are the responsibility of the client.

6. Force Majeure

• Unforeseeable Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather), My Saveur Catering reserves the right to modify or cancel services without liability.

7. Termination

• Termination: My Saveur Catering reserves the right to terminate services due to non-payment, breach of contract, or any behavior deemed unacceptable.

8. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Texas and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the USA.
